Job Description:

  • Complete inventory responsibilities alongside runners and cooks. Nothing can be set up to serve if inventory is not done.
  • Learn the goals of the stand for the day, tasks, and set deadlines given from the Stand Lead. Examples below:
    • Every alcohol sale requires an ID to be seen. The customer must remove it from their wallet and hand it to the cashier. It is the cashiers responsibility to ensure the customer meets ALL requirements to purchase alcohol.
    • Customers purchasing alcohol can have 1 alcohol beverage per hand at all times.
    • Familiarize yourself with discounts and specials at every event.
  • Follow food safety procedures closely to adhere to state policies and regulations.
  • Project a friendly and professional personality.
