Job Description:

  • Complete inventory responsibilities alongside cashiers and runners. Nothing can be set up to serve if inventory is not done.
  • Learn the goals of the stand for the day, tasks, and set deadlines given from the Stand Lead. Examples below: stand for the day, tasks, and set deadlines from your Stand Lead. Examples below:
    • Be sure to review and familiarize yourself with the menu and specific job duties for your stand.
    • Cooks/runners are responsible for counting spoilage with the stand lead and making sure all dishes are washed, the sink is drained and cleaned out, and lastly, the floors are to be swept and mopped.
  • Follow food safety procedures closely to adhere to state policies and regulations
  • Project a friendly and professional personality.
